Ue55f9000 stuck in boot loop

My tv is stuck in a boot loop does anyone have the spi dumps for ic3301 and ic3701 from the main board BN41-01950C. Or any advice as to what might be causing this

Did you figure this one out? Got the same problem now and I am thinking about my SEK-3500U Evolutionkit being the cultprint?
