My microphone on my 2019 27” iMac has stopped working after having the cpu upgraded, i’ve tested the Mac with an external mic and its not working so im thinking it’s the microphone cable, hence looking for the part number.

I’m not sure but I think Apple used the same mic as the 2017 system 2017 27” iMac Retina 5K Microphone cable

Thanks , but i’ve already tried them, part is out of stock, and no one else seems to stock or even know about this part…
