I am looking for an external drive enclosure for an SSD with the PCIe 3.0 x4 slot with the proprietary Apple 22+34 pin connector.

Sorry no the SSD your system has can’t be held in a external case as no one produced one. I would give OWC a call to see what they say as they would be the only company that might create one if they get enough requests.
