I have a car setup for using this tablet as a radio head unit but I can’t charge and use the CarPlay adapter at the same time is there a way to add Qi charging function to the fire 7 2019 so can be left fully in situe to allow use and charging in place

I know in the case of some older apple products before they added wireless charging there were cases available that would plug into the charging port. However I doubt such a product exists for your tablet and to add it would require a lot of work and microsoldering you’d be better off spending the money on a better tablet. So to answer your question, you most likely cannot add Qi charging to your tablet.
