SIM card recognized (asks for PIN) but "No Service".

First time posting here. I recently bought a new phone and decided to try fixing my old Moto e5. Main issue with the phone is the what’s in the title.

I’ve opened up the phone and checked the signal cable for damage but it was in good condition and well secured. I did find possible liquid/corrosion damage on the board but I lack the knowledge to fix it properly. Module where the SIM card sits seems in good condition.
