so I’m investing in upgrading my laptop i have this exact model but i have no idea on how to find a motherboard that fits this laptop.. not even sure i can actually replace it?. so im looking for suggestion on models or brands of motherboards you recommend for this computer or with real high speed

Usually a new motherboard does not mean improvement by itself. RAM upgrade will have the biggest impact on your system, CPU upgrade comes second, then GPU etc.
is the video card on this an upgrade from the old mother board ?

Before any motherboard upgrade have you increased RAM and installed an SSD drive? You don't mention this.
