Samsung RS25J50 stopped making ice

My Samsung RS25J50 stopped making ice. We replaced the filter, defrosted and reset the ice maker. The water runs but the water is not filling the ice tray.

Could be a disconnected pipe that connects to the ice tray I say contact Samsung if you are under warranty
