Why does it have a white screen with spots?
When turning on the ipad it often shows a white screen with spots (can be seen in the video). Though sometimes it works normally. What can be done to fix this problem? Please help :( Thank you in advance!

It may be the LCD Display/ digitizer or a bad connection with the ribbon cables.
