WRF767SDEM01 - No ice and it cools in both zones but not cold enough

We have the above Whirlpool WRF767SDEM01 fridge. The ice makers (both) stopped working and within a couple days we noticed both zones were warmer than what we set them for. The freezer would not get cold enough to make ice in a tray when set at zero degrees. We took all the food out Sunday and defrosted for 7 hours than plugged it in. It still is doing the same thing. 24 hours later and still not cold enough to freeze water. I ran 56 and received E0 and ran 57 and received 10. Any ideas of what else to try before calling a tech? Thank you!
