My DELL monitor has problems

My DELL monitor has a small area of gray pixels at the top left corner, gets hot all the time and makes a sound all the time when on. Is there a serious problem and/or is it fixable?

As always, what is the exact model of your monitor?

Dell has made a very large number of monitors and they are all different.
