No power going through after disassembly

I watched a guide on how to take apart an Xbox and was careful to not tear the ribbon cable. I looked inside to blow out the dust and put it back together. It wouldn't turn on, and power won't even go through the USB ports. I don't even know how that happened. Can someone tell me some possible problems?
