These two lines are on right side of the screen and one line width of 5mm and other line is very thin. Both lines are in shaded white color. how to fix this. please help!!!

Connect to an external display, if its normal in external display then It must be because of a faulty screen or at times because of the display cable...

I agree -- it's worth trying the external display test, but when an A1181 screen shows lines or sections of the screen wiped out, it's generally the screen itself.
Thanks for ur comments!! i ll try the external display test but now this getting worse!! another red vertical line visible on left side!

Please give us the last three figures of your serial number so we know exactly which machine you have.

Last 3 digits of my macbook SN is 725W. Now that two white lines are missing, but one red line is in left side. i won't think that line get disappear because its very sharp and when its under white back ground its not visible, but with other colors it is visible. if u can fix this!!! thanks!!
