I am replacing my screen/frame but I have a single screw that was inserted too tight by the machine during manufacturing. Also, the head was stripped, I can't get it out and neither can phone repair stores. I tried electrical tape, glove, rubber band, and different size tools. Definitely at a stand still here, any help is appreciated ☺️

You can possibly cut the frame to open it up to access the screw and put a new mid frame on it. It sounds like the screen is damaged but don't damage the motherboard. Or you can drill out the screw, which is probably the better option.
