Vizio M55-C2 keep re-booting

My Vizio M55-C2 TV when power on is in a loop when booting the logo never shows up, any sound and but the indicator led flick every 2 mn or so. I have unplugged the TV and press the power bottom for 30 seconds and waited for 1 hr to connect it and tied to power he TV again. I would like to find any documentation on how to test the main card, the power supply, and other cards to see which card to swap and get the tv working again.

Any help fixing this issue?
