VAVA Voom 21 Repair

My speaker isn’t powering on or actively charging… a light normally comes on when its plugged in and charging.... Before this happened, I was getting a popping sound when I’d unplug the device from the charger and the power would go off, and would be hard to get back on. Then one time it happened and I couldn’t turn it back on at all… is there any reset button or way to reset this thing? Anyone know?
