Screen coming but no any back-light turn on, so I checked & bypass 4 nos LED in 4 nos strip after that back-light ON but screen not coming & T con board 3rd LED not glow. Please suggest me where is the problem.

Here’s a link to the service manual for the TV. (be patient, it takes a little while to go from “processing” to “Download” once you have passed the reCAPTCHA test and clicked on Go to Download).
Once you have the manual, go to Sect.4 Troubleshooting to find out how to determine if the problem is the TCON board or the mainboard.

I checked T con board voltages are 12.8V & 3.2V are available . before replacing LED T con board is healthy & after that HVDD voltages are not release may be in protection I dont know.

If you disconnect the backlights can you see an image on the screen when you shine a torch at an angle close to the screen? It will be very faint if it is there so trying in a darkened room may help.
If there is an image then perhaps the backlights are using too much power etc. Did you replace the LEDs with the same parts or different?

I removed Back light connector & power ON & checked on screen but no any image coming. At starting that time image coming but that time back light was not ON, & that time T con board all 3 nos LEDS are glow ON T CON BOARD , T con board MODEL NO is BN95-01129A (BN41-02069). After assembled LED 3 was not glow on T con board after even back light connector removed.
I checked & found 12.8V & 3.2V are ok on T con board but HAVDD voltage is not generate. How to remove protection of T con board. may be after protection removed of T con board then LED3 glow & HAVDD voltage generate.
