My clip light comes on when I push the power button
When I push the power button the clip light comes on followed by clip sound. When push the power again to turn the speaker off the clip light comes on again. I opened up the speaker and found a weird powdery substance on the underside of one of the boards

Looks like corrosion. What is the actual component. A capacitor ?
