Lost sound after battery and force gasket replacement

Hi, after replacing the battery and damaged force gasket I no longer getting any sound from the watch. Everything else appears to be working fine. Any idea where I went wrong? Did I not fully connect the gasket? Would that be the cause?

Just trying to determine if I should just leave well enough alone.
