My tablet screen freezes for few seconds when I tried to wake it up.

My tablet screen freezes for a few seconds up to minutes when I tried to wake it up. when it frozen I can open apps and stuff but the screen is black. I found out a way to turn on the screen but this not always works, I bush the power button multiple time then the screen works and when it working it workes with no problems until I turn off the screen.

I tried the factory reset the problem remain.
