Ps4 controller problem after cleaning

Hi everyone, so I had a problem with the left analog, the common one, where it moves by itself. I opened the controller and then cleared the analog with qtips, then put all back into place. The problem is that now left analog doesn t work at all, no left or right, no back and forward. How can I fix it? Thank you for reading.

Later edit: apparently I can move it left and right if I keep it pressed( like L3), but no up and down.

I checked if everything is ok inside and it s just the way I found it when I opened it.

Also when I move the analog down-right I feel something it s there
