Reball works for longer times
If i reball my ps3 it's gonna holds up more than reflow??(Sorry for my poor english)

It should. For most cases, manufacturers are using lead-free solder, that has a tendency to crack.
If you will use lead solder balls, you should be able to use the console for a longer period of time.
