How can I open this?

I want to open this for changing that part that protect the ear speaker and the phone for entering dust and dirt. Have no idea what screwdriver I have to use and how do do it… Can someone help? thank u very much

Thank u for your answer Mayer,

I took out the earpiece speaker itself. What I need is to take out the plastic who comes underneath it, so I can reach the speaker mesh(I think its called like this)
