really weird problem with my xsmall

my philips saeco xsmall brew unit never rotates outside home. motor and all functions of coffee machine works well. please help with my really strainge problem.

but the coffee maker still tries to pump water but that doesn't work so it end with water only coming under the machine because the brew unit is still in home position but machine thinks after fresh start and placing brew unit close door place leak can then its imeadly thinks it is still in up position
