I cannot play Pokémon games on my 3DS anymore

Been having trouble getting specific games to work on my 3DS, it’s the Pokémon X and Y version. I can play regular DS games and other 3DS games I just can’t load my Pokémon games to save my life, it keeps saying that the SD card has been removed and I have never even played with on in the first place
