I turn on my Xbox one s, then proceed with 3 faint beeps while not projecting to my tv, then it turns off by its self, I don’t have money for repairs and such and I’m worried I won’t be able to get it working

There’s a couple of different problems that could be.
It could be the hard drive, the power supply, or a software problem.
The easiest to check is the software problem (In my opinion). If you’re not getting a green screen and its shutting off then I’d assume it’s that it could be software. If you can boot to safemode (Holding the eject and bind buttons then pressing the power) you should be able to boot to safemode.
If you cannot do that then you most likely need a new harddrive. I prefer using a samsung HDD. Those have always worked for me. You can use anything from 500GB to 2TB and it should work. Plug it into your computer and delete everything. Clear all the volumes. Plug it into the SATA connection inside the xbox and it should format the HDD and you should be able to set up your console like normal from scratch.
The last option would be to try to replace the power supply. Ive NEVER seen a power supply go for no reason but it’s not impossible.
