Screen has popped off, What is require fore repair and is it worth it?

I am recently a lucky/unlucky new owner of a broken Apple watch. The screen still works when attaching it back to its connector and I am willing to put in energy to hunt around for a repair shop to take it on to fix it. But I was wondering, What do you believe may be needed. From my understanding, this watch uses an adhesive to hold the screen to the rest of the watch so the repair will require this adhesive to be replaced. Anything else any of you believe may be required and if so any ballpark on what to expect as I shop around for someone to complete the repair?
