Bluetooth not functioning (Wheel controls, stereo and connection)

Greetings everyone - need your expertise please. BT on 11 camry was functioning 2 days ago, but when I tried to connect, it no longer works. The steering wheel controls nor the stereo button (aux)and connectivity does not work. If I press the aux button it would just freeze and when I attempt to press the steering wheel controls, none of them seems to work? Any ideas on the cause or what is the remedy? Please help coz wearing a wired ear plugs to your phone just doesn’t cut it.
