How do I get into the right drive wheel? The error message is that it's blocked. My vacuum starts up, moves an inch or so, then shuts off. If there's something blocking it I need to get inside to clean it out.

Foreign matter caught in the right Driving wheel.
Turn off the emergency switch and remove the foreign matter from the Driving wheel.
