Can't get speed and rpmsrevving high

I am trying to understand your problem exactly please, the engine seems fine but when you give a lot of gas to travel faster, the RPMs go up high but the speedometer does not go fast. If your transmission is an automatic, it seems that it is slipping. Do you have a Check Engine Light on? You can go to AutoZone or a similar car parts store to get a “free code inspection” and let us know what code you might have please.
