The Bose revolve speaker red LED is blinking continuously but no charging. How to replace thee battery?

hola, te consulto a mi bose soundlink mini 2 no carga, tiende a veces a funcionar cuando queda varios dias sin cargarlo, pero lo que sucede es que cuando conectas la luz roja de la bateria queda siempre en rojo no carga, cuando haces de mantener apretado el boton multifuncion por 10 segundo parpadea la bateria en naranja, pero no te permite hacer nada automaticamente cuando soltas vuelve a quedar prendida en rojo sin parpadear, sabes a que se debe eso?
