@robertrhf for where to send it you could contact Fujifilm and find a repair center or do an online search for camera repair. Anything else is going to be very subjective and will lead to nothing but spam. You should consider trying to repair it yourself. Start with a new LCD and this site gives you a pretty good idea on how to get there
