Did anyone ever find a solution. I’m having the exact same problem. The Apple 22 + 34 pin SSD used in the newer 13” Macbook Pro Fn models.

@rmmorshedbk - Sadly, the market for anyone to make a case to hold the SSD is just not there. OWC would have been the only one to have offered one and I don't see anything on their web site.

Apple has moved on to fully soldered SSD drives in the newer models.

A little spendy at $60 USD. If it’s for a 128GB SSD then probably not worth it. Could find a comprable (size/performance) for less with greater aesthetics.

How does this Tableau adapter connects to PC/Mac? Is it SATA, or USB?

There are some adapters for this apple SSD (22+34 pins) but they are either very expensive or "out of stock". And that is because they don't manufacture them all the time.

I will give you the information, however....my suggestion to everyone of you is to try in contacting the company or the manufacturer behind these products, and see if they could build you one adapter especially for you. YES >>You may say that I am kidding....but....I am not. It may really come to the point where you will have to deal with this situation by yourself and you may be alone....between you (the merchant) and the company (manufacturer).

Also...keep in mind that you could also get a refurbished MacBook Pro, and if that is the case, you could use it as a tool in order to recover your data with it.

So..the only solutions remaining in 2026 are down to 3:

And that is all. I hope this will be help somebody, if not...anybody.

If you could reach out to me I can ship you one of my readers, and you can just ship it back to me at your convenience, I don't do a lot of MacBook recoveries that aren't from soldered storage these days, and I have a few of them. I have a custom-made PCB and adapter that I designed several years ago and had PCB Way build several of them, specifically to recover data from 38+22-MacBook Pro SSDs. They're 38+22-pin to USB 3.2 Gen2x2, so quite fast, they get the job done. Since it uses the NVMe protocol, and I was sick of soldering pins to a USB controller or M.2 carrier board for clients, I figured I'd just do the 2230/2242 to MacBook adapter in reverse. PCB Way does kinda kick a$$ for small volume. I'll ship one to you if u still need it. Or you can send me your drive and I can recover your data, but that cost $. If it's just a case of mounting the drive to get data, I can send you one of my readers (just pay the shipping back and we're square).
