PC worked perfectly fine, reorganized wiring, now it won't reach BIOS.
My PC which is a custom build, was working perfectly. Then I decided to replace my two top 140mm fans, remove and plug back in my GPU, and unplug and reroute my SATA cables. Now my computer won't even reach BIOS. My HDD, Disc Drive, and Front USB ports are all plugged in via SATA, and my disc drive, and front ports have power. I don't know if my HDD is being powered, although everything else in my PC is receiving power. I have Windows 7 Professional btw.
What should I do?

Thank you for the replies. I actually know someone who is involved in this site somewhat who told me to post this. I am a rookie noob at PC builds, so I foolishly discovered I forgot to plug the ATX 12V IN! So all is well now.
THANKS! You may take this down now. Or I can figure out how. Or we can leave it for the next person with this issue, since the answers are very informative!
