Not sure the Model, but BT Baby Monitors have a 24 month warrantee, so if it’s a fault then check out the helpdesk if it’s a BT VBM 5000, see http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detai...

What happened?
chances this LCD module is customised, well, you can try taking out from the BT 5000 and try searching in ebay, aliexpress based on the part no of the lcd...
