Need to transfer pic to my laptop but I'm have a issue

You don’t state what exact model Moto G that you have but you could try connecting a USB mouse via an appropriate OTG cable - example only and use it to navigate through the phone.

if you have a pattern security lock on the phone you’re out of luck. (See digitizer replacement below)

Once you have access and can navigate through the phone you can send the picture via email to your laptop.

It seems from looking online that not all Moto G models support OTG but there is conflicting information regarding this. Given the cost of the cable it is worth a try.

Also ensure that the phone’s battery is fully charged before you start as it will be supplying power to the USB mouse which means that it will be discharging quicker than normal.

Other than that you’ll need to get the digitizer (touchscreen) on your phone replaced before you can use it to navigate through the phone so that you can connect it to your laptop via a USB cable.
