rapid battery power loss when camera and wifi is off

Hello, I have following problem with my GoPro 4 silver:

My battery(s), when fully charged direct in the camera or in a battery power hub, looses its power within 12 hours and camera and WiFi were in the position “off”. Checking a full loaded battery when not in the camera it was still full loaded after 12 hours. So I guess there is a shortcut in the camera body electronic circuit.

Question 1: Do you are familiar with this kind of fault ?

Question 2: And if so …what part is causing most likely this problem.
