Screen Jumps While Charging

So this is crazy, I still don’t know the answer because my screen would jump after I charged above 70%.

I have replaced the battery and no luck.

I need help why the screen is jumping around, this occurs only when charging (above 70%).

Has the screen been replaced? Cheap screens tend to have this problem.
