I have a smashed iPhone 6 with a lot of things (photos, videos, apps, etc) stored on that phone that i really don’t want to lose. Unfortunately I haven’t done any iCloud backup recently.
My question is: can I swap a logic board from a dead device into the working one (same model: iPhone 6, same memory size)?

An iPhone logic board in essence _IS_ the phone itself, everything is soldered onboard and self including. The only way to get back your data without a backup is to repair, at least partially, your iPhone.
