Screen rapidly alternates between perfect and blurred making it impossible to read. All other functions are perfect.

Are you referring to the screen image itself, or the video function when using the camera?

It is jumping and distorting at all times, including the camera.
The whole screen is on the move making it impossible to read, now there is an occasional white line at the edge that comes and goes.
