3 Samsung Galaxy J7 pro - J730GM touch screen not working
Can anyone help me with my Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro SM - J730GM phone? The touch screen does not work after getting the update to Android version 8.1.0. last week. I tried to look everywhere to find the best solution for it. But it looked complicated and I don't want to brick my phone. I even tried to do the one from Samsung and that doesn't work. I also replaced my LCD screen like last 3 month ago. What should I do to able to fix it?

@brenda182 just to verify. The touchscreen stopped working immediately after you updated the Android software?

Yes. It didn't work after I update it last week. I have to use otg cable to connect mouse on my phone.

Pleaaase help me i have same problem but my toutchscreen stopped after 15 day after update my phone....i want to know if problem from the update or another think..... Pleaase help me
