1 Resetting due to cydia app
My GF downloaded a cydia app. Her phone now keeps resetting. It comes on, gets as far as apple logo screen, freezes and resets again after 2-3 minutes. I have tried to reset it manually but the same thing happens. I tried to connect to laptop but where mine reads, device name, memory, seriel number etc hers simply reads iphone and nothing else, not even the option to restore/update phone, any ideas?? Cheers

have you cleaned the dock connector or have you tried charging on the wall for a few hours and then connecting? do you get an itunes error?

It charges via laptop and wall but keeps resetting while charging. No itunes error it jus doesnt recognise the phone
