It is a 10.1- inch tablet manufactured by Samsung Electronics and their new high-end “A” series.

How do I stop my tablet from flashing on and off

I am trying to charge my tablet and keep getting the android symbol and wording (installing system updates) with other wording in the bottom left corner. This continues to blink on and off.
