The Bluetooth is not existing on the international edition of the Mijia qicycle. So how to change the software to the Chinese version with Bluetooth? Is there a manual way to connect the bike computer and upload a software update?

I found one solution. Basically you connect with this adapter to the computer and change the os version to the version where bluetooth is enabled. The downside is that you probably lose the brake sensor functionality that turns off the motor when braking (this is new on the international version WITHOUT the mudguards and belt drive). I haven’t tried this yet. Use at your own risk. Good luck.

Now, you don't lose brake sensor funtion anymore (since march 2019) .
Translating screem first, never afect the sensors.
Only mod roms does, but now there are each mod ROM for every model.
So if you want to enable BT, just translate the screen.
If you want to increase the bike speed, flash a mod rom via android app. Just be sure to choose the right version to keep working the brake sensors.

Can anyone help i used an app called qihack connected to my bike was talking to a friend i hit the flast button so it uploaded it to my bike now my bike will not work the lights dont turn on the screen turns on tells me flat battery when it was fully charged when i done the app it says better to custom you speed
Had the same happen to me because I turned it off halfway. If you either flash the original back or the qihack update and wait for the firmware update to finish everything will be fine again

Download the app Qicycle beta (only android) and QR Code scanner app or similar.
Guys.. My qicycle has no option for Bluetooth connection.. It doesn't have qr code… ItIt has only 3 menus..

To check if you have BT, in the main menu, quickly press the up and down keys to select a hidden menu with the MAC address of type BLE: XX: XX: XX: XX: XX: XX if all zeros come out, it does not have BT
Hi, I have a BLE with data, not zeros, but do not have a qrcode under display or on the screen, so how can I get Bluetooth working? Thanks!
same for me, so weird, they made english version without this super base feature...
Over a year later, haha. Go to Set > Backlight, then press up, down, up, down, up down, and it will say Bluetooth on. And it is, and you may connect with your phone apps, but it needs to be activated each time you power on.

Hey guys.. I hope all off you already found the solution how to connect with BT.
But in case:
Go to menu SET and start pressing quickly UP and DOWN untill youll see “Bluetooth ON” onthe screen.
Download APP connect by scanning the device and enjoy.
No need to scan QR code.
(Im not sure if the smallQR code whats under dysplay is the one you need. I would say its just QR code of that part of bike)
Any tips how to upgrade firmware to that one with 29kmph speed?
Only way is buying or bastling that clipsconnector and change software by USB?

Simultaneous pressing of the buttons enables "Factory test", not Bluetooth.

Yeah...its factory test, no bluetooth menu. Any other secret thing that can help? Thanks.
- In main screen simultaneous pressing run factory test.
- Set > Backlight > then press up, down, up, down, up, down to turn on bluetooth.

does any one could tell me how the test sensor works ?
on my byke, i have 3 dimension : x, y, and z
But I don't understand what it means... My engine don't work any more, and i think it's a pb with the tork sensor. If i was able to undestand the number displayed on x, y and z, i should know if the tork sensor works or not
what do you think about that ?

Mine unfortunately don’t have “menu” it just shows speed/distance/time battery. Any idea how to access the menu? Seems like I got poor version or am dumb how to access simple thing :).
Or is there a possibility to change and replace it with a “display” that actually have some menu (settings etc?)
There is QR code below the screen, but didn’t find any App I could use for this one.
Advertised as EF1 version 2021 probably.

I own a Xiaomi Qicycle EF1 (?) with a bottom bracket torque sensor. (!!) Never seen ... .. . .
(Placed in the axel between your feets).
It is chain driven and has a very simple computer with not much functions and no (visable) BlueTooth.
-Has this torque sensor the same electrical data (for modding)?
-What can I do with this simple computer ?
