Why aren’t coffee grinds going into the plastic container?

I heard the machine grinding the coffee but it’s all collecting in the top plastic container. Any ideas on why that is? And how do I fix it?

Hey, it sounds like the shoot your coffee should be traveling through to the plastic collection container is blocked. Your Infinity should have come with a little brush. Use this to clean the grounds out of the shoot, and it should be going into the container immediately.
