LG "42LB561V-ZV" missing 24v

It has 3.5v and 12v when i messure at the contact between powerboard and motherboard. But 24v isent there. The tv was on and came back to a black screen but had audio. On the powerboard i cant find any component that look bad. Even took it out and looked at backside. Screenshots of powerboard is below.
