Why is my Xbox one Afterglow Controllers button stuck in it

My new Xbox one Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller's X button is stuck inside it and won't come out. So when I try to type its spamming backspace. I’ve already tried rubbing alcohol on it but it would not come out. Please help me.
