New motherboard, laptop turns on with black screen and capslock flashi

So for a couple of years ago my laptop HP Pavilion dv6 got hit by lightning and i replaced the motherboard. The case now is that it’s powering on and the capslock flashes continously. I have litterally tried everything. Cleaned out the mainboard again. Tried it with a different cpu. Tried it with different rams that i know are in working conditions. I have even replaced the whole screen with another one i know working. So now i’m kinda about to give it up if anyone here doesn’t know what can be wrong.

So again, it powers on, the HP backlight and the blue light beside the battery light on right side shows blue. The capslock keeps flashing with a few seconds between. The cpu kinda running on full speed. It’s not giving out a picture on external monitor.

Is there anything i have to do with my new motherboard compared to the graphic chips?

Well, i found this video now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMyxKzyU... and read a comment underneath it, so that will be my last resort after checking if it actually get the power it should from the power chord. I can't see how it can be anything else. I read something on another forum earlier that motherboards can be delivered and that the gpu's need to be heated up or something like that before usage. I'm not a complete technician on this but this is what it seems to be because of the external cpu fan going into full mode immidatly when powering on.

So i had the motherboard on for 55 seconds to 1 minute maximum as to check that it's not bad connection there and that did not change anything.

I have now measured the ac/dc jack and it reads 17 volt DC input to the motherboard when connected and also i have measured that the charget unit were giving out the right amount of voltage and that seemed to be correct. So what i got now is the capslock flashing light indicates that it is a power issue or shortage in power and there clearly is since it should be atleast 19.5 volt and the adapter reads 20v DC. So maybe it’s a bad AC/DC jack. I will report in later on when i got that part bought.

The pattern of blinking is a code for what’s wrong. Google for

HP Pavilion dv6-6117dx caps lock blink codes

and you should be able to find the answer.
