Please help car won t reverse

I have a 95 Mercedes e320 convertible! I just got a car stereo, amp, sub and detail professionally done yesterday. My stereo worked for 20 min then all sound from door speakers quit! I'm not to worried about that but however tonight my car wouldn't go into reverse! Could they have done something to damage it or is it other problems not related to the work they did
