Nuvision Digital Pens failing to turn on

I work in a hospital ER and we use our digital pens and tables all the time.

Previously the origninal pens to tablets broke, we all bought our own digital pens, Nuvision Digital Pens. Now they have been failing to turn on.

We've changed batteries and tips still nothing.

Any suggestions?
