Unit still works but can’t use display screen due to white out, menu and everything else seems fine on desktop itunes. Can I fix this and still save content?

You can replace the screen if you would like. iFixit sells replacement screens. They are used, but they have been tested. Make sure you purchase them fast though because currently there are only a few used ones left. This should fix the display issue.
